About the biggest pair you ever seen, dingleberry! – Jay

Today has been spent waiting at outpatients, in the kitchen, and also putting up wall hangings. All in all it was rather eventful.

Made a great little casserole, just sort of appeared in my mind, I threw together the ingredients and tossed it in the oven for 30 minutes at 350.

Yes, it tasted just as good as it looks and only took roughly 10 minutes of prep. A great meal when you have things to do, but need to get breakfast/lunch/dinner on the table.

recipe can be made available for anyone who would like it.

*Edit*

since I’ve already been asked twice, here it is.

8×8 pan
1/4 orange pepper
2 green onions
chicken/pork/bacon/whatever (I used all natural hot dogs)
9 eggs
4 circles cut from your bread of choice
grated cheese
Dice the first 3 ingredients and place in the bottom of the pan.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
cut 4 circles out of your choice of bread with a cookie cutter or rim of a glass.
dip the bread circles in the egg and set aside on wax paper.
pour eggs into the pan.
place bread circles in the four corners of pan.
cover bread with cheese.
sprinkle cheese over remainder as you see fit.
cook for 30 minutes at 350.

Thanks for reading, and carry on being awesome.

I have a personality, this test proves it!

Warm

You have a genuine interest in other people. You’re a natural host, and are always thinking about how you can increase the happiness of those around you. When friends have problems or are in trouble, you’re usually the first person they turn to for aid and comfort. Scoring high on the “warm” trait suggests that you are among those who enjoy domestic activities — doing things around the house — and are enthusiastic about charitable work, helping others, and making the world a better place.

You don’t always say exactly what you’re thinking; you don’t like the idea of causing anyone pain because of your criticism.

Understanding

You are willing to take the time to find out what’s going on with other people, especially if they’re in distress. You’re a good listener, you don’t criticize, and you offer unbiased, respectful, honest advice when it’s requested. With a high score on the “understanding” trait, it is likely that you are enthusiastic about charitable work, helping others, and making the world a better place.

You don’t feel the need to impose your standards on others or say things that, even though true, cause pain.

Empathetic

You are in touch with your own feelings, which helps put you in touch with the feelings of others.

You don’t buy the logic that your happiness comes ahead of everyone else’s because unless you’re happy you’re incapable of making anyone else happy.

Aesthetic

You appreciate art, beauty, and design; you know that they are not superficial but absolutely crucial to living the good life. You have good taste, and you’re proud of it. Those with a high score on the “aesthetic” trait are often employed in literary or artistic professions, enjoy domestic activities — doing things around the house — and are enthusiastic about the arts, reading, and travel.

You don’t think it’s pretentious to be moved by art and beauty. You’re not one of those who believe it doesn’t matter what something looks like as long as it does its job.

Intellectual

You are thoughtful, rational, and comfortable in the world of ideas. People find you interesting to talk to. You’re the living embodiment of the saying “You learn something new every day.” In general, those with a high score on the “intellectual” trait are employed in such fields as teaching and research, and are enthusiastic about reading, foreign films, and classical music.

You do not avoid abstract conversation, experimenting with new ideas, or studying new things. It bores you to stick to the straight and narrow of what you already know.

Sympathetic

You have a knack for knowing what’s going on in the hearts and minds of those around you, without their having to tell you explicitly. People tend to turn to you with their problems because they know you care, and that you will likely offer good advice and a helping hand.

You do not feel that people with sad stories are just looking for attention, or have brought their problems upon themselves.

Curious

You like to get to the bottom of things. You’re not content knowing what someone did; you want to know why they did it.

You don’t simply take things as they are and move on; you’re not content skimming along on the surface; you don’t feel you’re wasting time by digging for the meaning of things.

Innovative

You come up with a lot of ideas; if one doesn’t work out, there’s always another waiting in the wings. You often have interesting solutions to difficult problems. You’re practically a one-person brainstorming session.

You are less interested changing the world than in dealing with things as they are. Unlike those who spend all their time trying to solve problems, you prefer to zero in on things that work and stick with them.

Creative

You are good at solving problems, coming up with original ideas, and seeing connections between things, connections that most other people miss. People with a high score on the “creative” trait often are employed in such fields as finance and scientific research, and enjoy avant garde and classical music as well as literary fiction and scholarly non-fiction.

You do not shun abstractions and concepts in favor of the concrete and tangible.

Competent

You strive to master everything you undertake. You tend to learn quickly and do not shy away from challenges.

You are not a “que sera sera” type of person, nor do you go easy on yourself when attempting to master a new skill or get a job done.

Dressed to Impress

I’ve started doing movie reviews over on http://8bitblogger.wordpress.com/ y’all should check it out and I will do my best to blog here as well.

Brief summary of the goings on in my life since I last blogged. Have a 90% average going into the second term of year one of Business Admin, only a month and a half left to go of term two. I started dating Felicia on All Hallow’s Eve and we are still going strong. She, Tim and I are moving to Kentville in September to go to Kingstec for our second year concentrations. They are taking Finance and I will be taking Marketing. We already have a house and have signed the 11 month lease on it, it is in an ideal location and only a 2-3 minute walk from campus. I’ve taken up cooking and have increased my diet tenfold since falling ill way back when. They believe its IBS and after getting some preventative medication for it all seems to be running much more smoothly.

More to come later, for now I leave you with this…I say this because I haven’t decided yet and plan on simply embedding it and publishing.

I was aimin’ for his head.

I am sleep deprived and have done nothing of note lately. We got out of queue at work and I spent money on movies, including the complete series of 21 Jump Street, season one and two of Chuck and some other stuff.

NOTHING ELSE OF INTEREST TRANSPIRED!

Did he just go crazy and fall asleep?

Deep in thought, or trying to decide what to watch? You be the judge.

I got hit twice today for supposedly flirting with customers. I maintain that if they sound cute and start it, have an accent or are playfully sarcastic that I am allowed. For that matter I don’t know why I wouldn’t be allowed to in the first place, that’s just me “personalizing” the call. We’re supposed to do that, its on our monitors, so I’m just doing my job. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

Yesterday was a whole different kettle of hateful wench, he reamed me out for 18 minutes about something that was stupid because it was clearly visible, but not clear enough for her which then because of my “tone” became a Sup call which David took and then she bitched at him for a while and I kind of felt bad for all of the customers I had after her simply because I had run out of patience. She was the reason why I didn’t blog yesterday because I knew if I did it would just be a huge long diatribe about how much of a cow she was at one point while David was talking to her and I was listening on my headset she said “what are you going to give me for my problems?” and I immediately responded with “Valium?” to which David almost laughed into the phone, I thought it might have livened up the call just a titch.

Back to today, I started my day off watching Last Comic Standing and thankfully all the comedians I like stayed, and Myq Kaplan sang a song in his pre video and it cracked me up as well as got stuck in my head and is still there now.

RAN OUT OF STEAM! HERE IS SONG FOR LISTENING!

Shouldn’t you be off bringing religiocity to the fuzzy-wuzzies or some such?

Gay Pride Shirt…hehehe

Yesterday was probably the best day I’ve had at work in a while and I’ve no idea why. It was just fairly laid back and easy, now granted the customers were still retarded as all get out but at least the day had a good flow to it. Only had one sup call and it was because the woman “didn’t like what I was saying or how I was saying it” I assumed that it was both because the information was not favoring her getting her interest back and that it was not in her native tongue so the bigger words messed her up. All I could do at that point was tell her I’d get a Sup, slide down in my chair and rest my hat on my glasses over my forehead. It was actually pretty comfortable so I kept that stance for the remainder of my shift. I sat with Kristi, Liv and Beth and we had a grand ol’ time. When I got off work I went over to Ben’s place since he and James were in town and while I hadn’t seen James since the Christmas before last, I hadn’t seen Ben since we graduated in ’06. We hung out for a few hours, had a beer or two and when they walked to the Tavern I went home because I have standards. In their defense they were going to meet Ben’s lady and her friends so it was not really their choice. We had decided to hang out today and go out to James’ parent’s new place and check it out as well as go for a swim. It was the best day off I’d had in a long time, to be able to hang out as a trio again as if no time had passed, we sat and talked to his parents for an hour then went down to the lake his parent’s house is on for a swim and when we came back his pops BBQ’ed some burgers, veggie for me, and we watched Black Dynamite which was so incredibly hilarious that words cannot fully describe its wonder.

DONE BLOGGING! TIME FOR YOU TO READ (start at the top though, it’ll make more sense)

And I’m thinkin’ you weren’t burdened with an overabundance of schooling. So why don’t we just ignore each other until we go away?

Evenin’ all.

Had the day off so I spent most of it doing a whole lot of nothing. Played my Spiderman game which is oddly enough a lot of fun. Especially since I am really not a fan of the web slinging bonehead in any of the incarnations, cartoons, comics or movies. Dad and I went and did some running around and I pre-ordered Dead Rising 2 for the simple fact that the first one was awesome and the second proves to be even better. Once again, I’m a geek, I’ve come to terms with it and not only that but I’m rather fond of that fact. This it adds character.

Picked up the newest Bond flick and watched Casino Royale for the first time. Now I’m just sitting here watching the Crazies, so far I am on the fence about it. I like the characters and the story and I find myself rather invested in their well being, the problem is that the movie thinks it needs those shrill bits of music to tell you when to be frightened, so that you jump because of that more so than the situation at hand. I don’t like being told what to do, especially not by a movie I barely know.

Apparently its getting better because I stopped blogging and started watching. I’m going to pay more attention, this blog is slack tonight anyway. The movie’s won me over, the characters have shone through the soundtrack.
