first full shift on the new system. Survey says…dumb! The system has a thousand issues and most of them the people who built the system weren’t even aware of until we raised our damned little red flags, not the white ones though, those are for normal support not tech support. Because Tech did oh so much. I shouldn’t rag on them though, the tech support was great, the one that was lacking was the rep from PC, I’m just far too invested in going forward rather than going back to fix such things as “factual inaccuracies”. Thinking about it now, all the tech support was awesome, I felt bad for the one little blonde lady, it seemed that every time she came to help me I some super retardo question that she had never seen before, it got to the point where every time she saw my hand go up she would laugh, shake her head and come ask “what I had for her this time”.

I’m apparently starting at 9AM tomorrow to have a “huddle” with some other folk, apparently going over what we can and can’t do on the system at the moment as well as what our thoughts are on it and what our comfort level is. I could definitely think of some choice phrasing to describe my thoughts on your new system of the future, but considering the meeting is with the head of the program and not Troy or Steph, I’ll keep my thoughts to myself…for the most part. If she asks, I’ll tell just so long as the PCG isn’t in the room, if you wanna know what it means, just ask. What is it? oh, it stands for PC Goober.
